Welcome to the Springwood Karate Club website.
We are a small friendly club training at:
North Wootton Community School,
North Wootton,
King's Lynn.
Karate training is good for fitness and confidence and is suitable for men, women and children.
All levels of student train in our club, from novice to black belt.
Our training is geared towards self defence rather than any sporting aspect. We cover basic techniques, kata, kata bunkai (application), various partner drills and some groundwork.
New members are welcome throughout the year.
Students who have already trained in Karate are welcome regardless of style.
Our instructors have been CRB checked and have completed courses in Health and Safety, Child Protection, First Aid, Coaching and Instructing.
We also teach Okinawan Kobudo at King's Lynn Kobudo
